Our Services
A unique breadth of crucial support

At least one in four older adults experience mental health concerns, such as depression or anxiety. Two-thirds of those people do not get the treatment they need, which is known as the “treatment gap.”

Unique in the United States, Baker Senior Center Naples offers a hybrid array of services dedicated to meeting the needs of people over the age of 60 in Collier and southern Lee Counties.

Along with traditional recreational, educational, and wellness activities, we also provide professionally delivered programs in dementia respite, caregiver support, geriatric case management, and mental health counseling.

Since opening our doors in 2014, we have seen a surge in the need for comprehensive services in our community and we have responded. Thanks to a dedicated team of credentialed professional staff and nearly 300 carefully vetted and trained volunteers, our center provides a broad spectrum of support programs.

Brookdale Cognitive Health
Our Brookdale Cognitive Health Center offers structured groups to help with early memory loss, as well as mild to moderate stage dementia. We also offer support and respite for caregivers. Groups take place Mon-Fri from 10:30am – 2.30pm.

Geriatric Mental Health
Geriatric Mental Health Counseling assists seniors and their families with challenges brought about by life transitions such as aging, cognitive decline, grief, depression and anxiety.

Geriatric Case Management
Geriatric Case Management helps seniors combat loneliness and isolation, helping them age safely in place. Our professional and volunteer services give seniors the socialization and support they need to thrive.

Food Pantry
Our food pantry is open to anyone experiencing a situational crisis or long-term food insecurity. Shelves are stocked with donations of nonperishable items from the Harry Chapin Food Bank, Midwest Food Bank, Collier Harvest, and community donations.
