Position 2
Geriatric Mental Health Clinical Social Worker
The Geriatric Mental Health Clinical Social Worker is responsible for providing mental health services to adults over 60 and their caregivers. He/she will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Social Services.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling services to clients struggling with life cycle challenges such as grief and loss, interpersonal issues, and concerns around aging.
Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine appropriate treatment to meet client needs.
Facilitate Care Giver Support Groups as needed for clients in Cognitive Health Services.
Accurate and timely documentation submission.
Maintain compliance with quality improvement standards and goals of Baker Senior Center Naples mental health services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
MSW from an accredited school of social work
Florida Clinical Social Work license
Experience with social work practice with an older adult population
Experience with an inter-disciplinary team
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Word and electronic health records
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment.
Position 1
Development Specialist
The Development Specialist is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all information in the donor database. The position provides skillful database management and maintenance via independent and collaborative analysis. Reports, mailing lists, and letters will be created on a constant basis in collaboration with the President/CEO, Chief Development Officer, and Finance department. The Development Specialist will assist the Chief Development Officer, as well as the office of the President/CEO with fundraising and events as needed.
Responsibilities
Maintenance of donor database and online giving system.
Assures accuracy of the data entered into the donor management system.
Assures that acknowledgement of all donations are completed in a timely manner.
Performs donor research and screenings.
Assists with mail appeals and special event mailings and eVites.
Tracks responses to all events.
Works with Finance to ensure accurate entry and reporting of all donations.
Is knowledgeable about all programs offered in the Senior Center.
Assists as directed with any activities involving donors to the organization.
This position reports directly to the Chief Development Officer.
Essential Qualifications
Raiser’s Edge experience required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Three years of experience in development or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organize all aspects of the position
Ability to work in a team environment
