Position 1
Development Specialist
The Development Specialist is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all information in the donor database. The position provides skillful database management and maintenance via independent and collaborative analysis. Reports, mailing lists, and letters will be created on a constant basis in collaboration with the President/CEO, Chief Development Officer, and Finance department. The Development Specialist will assist the Chief Development Officer, as well as the office of the President/CEO with fundraising and events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of donor database and online giving system.

  • Assures accuracy of the data entered into the donor management system.

  • Assures that acknowledgement of all donations are completed in a timely manner.

  • Performs donor research and screenings.

  • Assists with mail appeals and special event mailings and eVites.

  • Tracks responses to all events.

  • Works with Finance to ensure accurate entry and reporting of all donations.

  • Is knowledgeable about all programs offered in the Senior Center.

  • Assists as directed with any activities involving donors to the organization.

  • This position reports directly to the Chief Development Officer.

Essential Qualifications

  • Raiser’s Edge experience required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Three years of experience in development or related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

  • Ability to plan and organize all aspects of the position

  • Ability to work in a team environment

Position 2
Geriatric Case Manager
Baker Senior Center Naples, a nationally accredited senior center, is seeking a Geriatric Case Manager to develop and facilitate delivery of clinical Case Management services that support clients in an individualized, person-centered manner.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Older Adults and their families through long-term or short-term case management with the goal of supporting successful independence in the community.

  • Develop a comprehensive assessment of clients

  • Development an active and individualized care plan with clients that identify their goals and objectives

  • Home visits and ongoing contact with clients on your caseload

  • Provide Information and Referral to community individuals seeking resources

  • Make linkages and support clients with those connections as needed

  • Ongoing evaluation of the impacts and outcomes of case management interventions

  • Provide Case Management support to individuals and families enrolled in other programs at Baker Senior Center Naples

  • Work within a team setting to consult and support work and share resources to facilitate the best outcome for client

Essential Qualifications

  •  A degree in Social Work, MSW Preferred

  • Experience in case management or related work

  • Experience working with Older Adults

  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid

  • Knowledge of community resources

  • Must have excellent time management skills

  • Able to develop a clear and goal-oriented plan of care

  • Ability to be creative and innovative

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
