Larry Graham, a Naples Walmart store manager, visited the Naples Senior Center as guest speaker on Wednesday for 140 seniors enjoying lunch and entertainment. The Naples Senior Center is the grateful recipient of a $25,000 Walmart Foundation grant to fund the weekly luncheons that fight hunger as well as loneliness. The Naples Senior Center was featured in a PBS NewsHour segment last Friday about seniors nationally experiencing food insecurity.
The Naples Senior Center has a membership of over 600 individuals enrolled in a variety of socialization and educational programs five days a week.
