Our Senior Services helps seniors through our case management programs designed to help individuals age safely in place in the community.
- Baker Senior Center Naples – Our Baker Senior Center Naples provides an exciting venue of stimulating activities and encourages healthy socialization.
- Senior Outreach and Support Services – BSCN Senior Outreach and Support program includes a variety of supportive services to frail seniors who are unable to come into the office. BSCN defines frail seniors as individuals 60 years of age and older who struggle with physical and/or cognitive limitations.
- Dementia Respite Support Program – A weekly support group for men with early dementia and a second Brookdale model respite program for individuals with more advanced dementia. The groups provides lunch and a variety of activities for individuals struggling with cognitive issues. Activities include Dakim Brain Fitness, horticulture and art therapy, use of the Wii and reminiscence programs.
