May is Older Americans Month and the theme for this year is “Age Out Loud.”
We all know that getting older does not mean what it used to mean. To bring this point home one has to only stop by the Naples Senior Center and see our members, in their 70s, 80s and 90s, taking a tai chi course or doing chair yoga, or perhaps honing their creativity while painting bowls for the Empty Bowls program.
